I'm 13 days post op. I am also at a stall for 4 days! I haven't moved 1 pound. It's so frustrating because I see so many people in the beginning drop a lot of pounds. My stall began on day 9 post op! Seems strange.
Anyhow, right now everything that I eat is basically a sugarfree item (I had tomato Soup that has some sugar I suppose). But my brain feels like mush and I am suddenly confused over things.....
In the future, will I ALWAYS have to go for the sugar free version of an item? For example; if I have a small tiny peice of cheesecake, will it always need to be sugar free, or will there be a time where I can have the leaded version?
