Does anyone know how long we will need to abide by the rule on no drinking a half hour before or after meals? I'm finding difficult especially with the warm summer/weather coming up.

My surgeon says no problem drinking before but do wait after meals.

I drink before meals. You will never be allowed to drink during or after. It washes all your food out of your pouch and can cause dumping. you have a hole at the bottom of your pouch. You move it through too quick with drinking right after and force all the food into the small intestine.

Me too! I watch the clock to see when I can drink after my meals.
