I've been sipping a vitamin water zero, its helping. I think my electrolytes may have been wacky. I'm trying to finish this before I go to bed. The feeling terrified me. Was looking for answers.

Cathy I did call my doc! They told me to increase fluids that I was dehydrated. So I did and I'm much better.

I experienced that, it was either low blood sugar, low blood pressure. Dumping is with palpitations, sweats and nausea. Sometimes I forget to eat because I'm not hungry and have to remind myself to eat most of the time. I get those feelings when I wait to long to eat. You might want to check with your MD/Nurse/Nut about this occurrence so you won't be scared...
