Greek yogurt, refried beans mixed with salsa and puréed. Tuna with ff mayo puréed. I'm assuming you're on that stage.

Also cottage cheese and avocado. You could even make runny guacamole!

Can't have meats for 2 more days! But I've thought of guac and fondue but what to dip lol

HW 312, pre-op (lap-band) 294, pre-op (RNY) 255, surgery date 2/11/13, goal weight 154, current weight 220.2

I'm 10 days post op.... I just did this and it was AMAZING. I saw stars it was soooo good!

It took some work but so worth it. I put a can of low fat chili in my processor and pureed it. I then strained it. I then measured it to the proper portion, then put in micro and NOM NOM NOM.

It did take some work and a bunch of clean up, but was worth it.
