May 29 surgery date

Nervous and anxious about surgery. I am worried about after surgery. Will I finally lose weight? Will the pain be bearable? Can anyone comment on some oft questions? Thanks

    I've not had my surgery yet but wanted to let you know I'm pretty nervous and anxious about surgery as well. Since my lap-band failed; I guess I've lost my optimism but I'm trying to stay positive. I'll be saying a prayer for you! Stay positive!

    Yes, I am from KY and I had my Lap band put in at Georgetown. I now live just north of Indianapolis. ;-) I think that still makes us neighbors!
