WARNING! Poop!

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to combat constipation without getting dumping? I looked At prune juice but it has too much sugar. The Phillips pills I got don't really do anything. I feel like I haven't gone in a week and really just want to clear it all out!

Thanks!

I used milk of magnisia(sp?) It worked in about 3 hours. Best poo of my life.

What is the name of the suppositories to get and are they over the counter?

Yes they were over the counter generic from wal mart!

Ok I have to ask....does anyone else get nauseous when you eat and you haven't poop? When I eat sometimes I be really rumbly and nauseous after and eventually I'll get the urge to....go....and about 10-15 minutes after I do, I feel better.
