I use a 16 ounce rubbermaid bottle. I know that if i fill it up 4 times in a day I have had the 64 ounces of liquid I need. I use alot of crystal light and continuously have the bottle filled and drink from it. I usually go over the 64 ounces recommended in a day.

I also have a hard time getting them in

I figure you have to do 8- 8oz glasses a day. My first 8oz is my protein. Then I do breakfast. I drink 2 more 8oz before lunch. After I wait for 30 minutes I will drink 16 oz water with Crystal light. Around 3 or 4 I have another 8oz protein drink. After dinner and my wait..I will have a cup of Chicken broth. The rest of the evening I will have sugar free Popsicle and some jello or some more chicken broth(that feels good going down) And that there is 64ozs!
