WARNING everyone!

I am one week post op and have slowly taken myself off pain meds. I had a horrible headache today, and following the liquid meds instructions I took children's Tylenol, BAD IDEA ... I dumped! It was awful! I thought I was going to die!

    Yeah, way too much sugar. Just crush the Tylenol and take it with a spoon full of unsweetened applesauce

    FYI I was taking extra strength Tylenol tablets 4 or 5 days out, no cuttin or crushing.

    HW 312, pre-op (lap-band) 294, pre-op (RNY) 255, surgery date 2/11/13, goal weight 154, current weight 223
