Well tomorrow is officially one month post op, I am down 30lbs && still really fatigued from surgery. Today my fiance && I are starting a work out routine today, he is awesomely supportive. Anybody else one month post op or somewhere near one month post op?

You can find the thread march post op thread. It was in march right? You'll have a whole slew of people that are within that month. There will probably be a few on your surgery date.

i too am 1 month post op march 13 and i have lost 25 pounds, congrats on yur success :) i am also wondering about an excercise program, but i am also very scared and nervous as well

I am 5 weeks tomorrow, down 34 pounds. I do water aerobics 2X a week, chair yoga 2X a week, and walk 30-60 the other days depending on my energy level. After exercise I'm pretty wiped out for the rest of the day!

Had my surgery march 13th... My dr. Cleared me Friday to do any cardio, strength training and abdominal workout. I am currently down 23 lbs.

I had my surgery on March 27th, I am down 33 lbs.and off all three of my blood pressure meds. I walk one to two times a day. Congratulations everyone on your weight loss!! I have not been cleared yet to do any other type of exercise.
