Average loss on the liquid diet

How much of a loss did you have on the liquid diet pre-op? I am doing what they instructed me to do, but I have plateaued. I tried drinking more water, but honestly I feel like I am drowning. Lol! Anyone else feel this way?

I lost 22 pds. I was on HMR shakes for 11 days pre op.

But you can't judge your weight by others. My surgeon said 10-20 pounds.

I agree with the post above, average is around 10 to 20 pounds.

I did so bad on my 2 week diet. I completely didnt do it the first week, did it half assed the second week, and was strict the last 5 days. So I only lost about 4-5 lbs
