Waiting Game

Okay so after 10 and a half months I finally have my surgery date, and it's April 25th. I've been waiting 10.5 months and I feel like these next three weeks are taking forever! It's like time went flying by and now it's hit a brick wall and I could have sworn the clock was turning back.

What did you all do to kill the time?

My insurance wouldn't pay but 4k of mine. I took out my student loans, something I'd never done before, and called the surgeon. It all took less than 2 months from curiosity to surgery. I almost wished I had more time to think about things...but the outcome would have been the same and this kept me from bailing out.

Im pretty much in the same boat.. been to apts since August and surgery the 29th, so couple days and 3 weeks and its taking FOREVER. <_<
