You can get them free for 6 months from Bariatric Advantage you have to get your dr to download the forms and dr needs to fax back you have to do it twice cause they send 3 months at a time . In Bariatric Advantage website they have the forms. My dr faxed them the next day got an email they were going to ship. It's good for you to go on there site to register and they will send you free samples of protein and vitamins

Multivitamin and b-12 you can get anywhere. Walmart is the cheapest for the b-12. I got a bottle of 100 for $4.88. For the multivitamin I just use the target brand of clingstones complete. The only ones I have to get specialty are the calcium citrate.

That would be flintstones....not clingstones.

It also depends in your dr some require Bariatric Vitamins
