I went to my first surgeon appointment on Jan. 4. So exactly 3 months to get my date. Pretty fast! It went really smooth!

When do you start your pre-op diet? Mine starts April 30'th on my birthday! It consists of 1 Protein shake for Breakfast & lunch. And a lean cuisine dinner for dinner. liquids day before surgery. Yours?

Mines start 2weeks before surgery which is the 22nd. I have to go to my pre op appt which is on the 22nd to find out the time of my surgery and buy my shakes. Ill have to drink 5 protein shakes a day and they give us 4 cheat days to eat whatever.
