Help!

My DOS was 12/11/12. I had lost 80lbs and regained 4lbs a few weeks ago. Since then I've been spiraling downward. I want to get back on track, but don't know where to start. My hubby doesn't really offer any support, which only makes things worse for me. I'd like to lose another 30 lbs, but have lost all motivation. Please if anyone can offer me some advice I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

I think your 80 lb loss in 3 months is amazing! I've lost 82 but my surgery was 5/1/12

You will lose in the first year no matter what you do right or wrong. This is what my surgeon and nut told me. However, you need to form habits that will keep you from regain in year 2. Most people gain 10 percent weight back. You still have a long way to go. Your journey is just beginning.

Thanks guys. Short answers, but the reassurance in weightloss really helps. Thankyou both sooooo much.
