Anyone having depression issues? If so how are you dealing with them. Anyone taking medications? Has anyone heard of Celexa and what are you thoughts on it.

I have not experienced any depression issues yet. However, I have spoken with other who have. One of my coworkers had an identity crisis about 14 months out and has been on a low dose of Zoloft to help her. Celexa is another good medication. Just remember most of these medications need to build up in blood stream before they become fully effective. So sometimes it can take 2-6 weeks depending on medication. If a month down the road you are still feeling depressed contact your doctor as you may need an increase or med change. I have also heard of some people talking with a therapist and this has helped. The biggest thing is that you get help and get the depression under control.. Best of luck

When I came home I was depressed because I couldn't eat. I was hungry .. that was just a few days ago. I have been doing better. I read alot of the forums Aldo

Our hormones are out of control for a while. I cried at everything the first two weeks. I was a nut ball. Then I was so ticked I could not eat. Not that I 'missed' the food, I felt unhuman. It does pass but if you are struggling call your Dr. :-)
