Coffee

I'm drinking a small Dunkin Donuts Decaf Iced Coffee with Skim Milk & Sweet n Low.

I haven't had coffee since November. I don't mind at all that it's decaf, it's the taste of iced coffee I missed. This really quenches my thirst especially during hot summer days. I'm glad my doc allows it once a day although I'm not a regular coffee drinker.

You know, I've been wanting to try that but wasn't sure if it was okay. I think I saw a fat free one or was that decaf? LOL I can't remember but my nut won't let me have anything with more than 10 grams of sugar :( I'll ask again, maybe if there is a fat free kind, I'll be able to have it since it may have less sugar.

You can add a little Water or less the serving size lol my nut told us at first 15 max buy then recently told me 10 so I'm have to stay in between and add a little water for now , I think it's not fat free due to 2.5 g of fat but still portions does decrease the amount of sugar and fat lol .....I'm glad I found this

I drink a 16oz skinny caramel macchiato from Starbucks every day. 140cal 1g fat 11g protein 21g carbs 18g sugar. The carbs are mostly from the milk so my nut said its ok. I tolerate sugar so this is my sugar for the day. Love my Starbucks !!!

I had surgery on 2/14. I drink 1 cup in the morning (black). My NUT said it was okay if I got my water in... I started around week 3-4.

I make my own decaf coffee vwith premier protein vanilla shake...liaded with protein. .no sugars but still sweet and very delish!
