I was baaaad....

I am 8 days post op and I am in the Purée stage...finally!

I went to Wendy's and had a chilli and baked potato but was full on my 5th spoon...I feel guilty but darn it was so good to taste meat!

I know but i wasn't sure if chili and a baked potato were good to eat at this stage.

Not so much the baked potato, it's starch which turns to sugar. But the chili is good, it's healthy and lots of Protein.

My nut actually recommended Wendy's chili since its low in fat and high in Protein.

yep and most Nuts are OK with a little potato at this stage. Just protein first!
