bloating anyone?

So I'm almost 8 weeks post op..have been noticing some major bloating. .not sure what us causing it as I am trying to stay away from dairy products. ..has anyone else notice this?

It happens to me when I don't get all my water / fluids in. Assume you are watching salt?

I get bloated some and have horrid gas. I started taking Devrom and it helps so much.....

Yes salt is almost non existing in my diet..could be the water :/ its just weird bcuz my tummy will look extended by the end of the day. .when I wake up its back to normal. But still feel uncomfortable at times..

Some foods can cause Bloating, try eliminating some foods!! And start writing it down and when you feel Bloating you can see what you ate. Just a thought :)

Also, rem we are not digesting like we use too. I know I was bloated for a while. It seems to be a good bit better now. I am almost 4 months out.
