I drink crystal light lemonade and it has 35mg of sodium. I wouldn't worry about that small amount... if it helps you drink the water then so be it. The most important thing is to stay hydrated.

Before surgery I usually could only drink water if it was cold or.sometimes I'd even add a little sugar for flavor (I know, bad).
Since drinking cold drinks don't agree with me too well, I haven't been drinking plain water. It's just not the same for me at room temperature. So my liquid intake has been mainly Fruit20 or Crystal Light. Someone told me these have a lot of.sodium. I think about maybe trying plain water With some Sweet N Low...
I also plan to try Isopure drink...I need the protein.
Any ideas on how else to keep hydrated?
