I like diet snapple cranberry raspberry, I add water to it because it tastes sweet to me now. The 16 oz bottle is 1 serving and has 10mg sodium, 3 sugars and 20 calories. If you find it sweet too and water it down you can stretch your fluid intake out from the 16oz serving to 24 or even 32 oz. just sip away!!
  2. I have Aetna POS, I started the process in November and just had my surgery 3/4, my doctor had an outline of appointments, etc. and they seem to know the insurance inside and out. Luckily everything seemed to flow through for me.
