Just had my by pass on 2/26/13

I've been trying to loose weight for about 20 yr now. I to have not seen any dumping or anything unusual,so I don't know if the surgery even worked. I have lost 20 lbs from the fasting, but I can't stay on a liquid diet.A I would like someone to tell me how to get over the salt cravings it's driven me a little crazy.Help

Congrats on the weight loss, The Surgery of course worked just takes your body a little time to heal. As far as the Salt Cravings IM thinking you are still on liquids so try some Yummy Broth haha. Sorry I know broth sucks I hated it!! But that is about the only salty thing you can have at this time. Give your body some time to heal. I developed ulcers right after surgery so I was not able to keep anything down. It will get better!!

french onion soup broth.tasty and salty
