I cheated yesterday by eating fried french fries I'm only 10 days out of surgery this is 1 thing you shouldn't do at all but it didn't cause me to have a dumping spell. it's a good thing I didn't overeat. shame on me.

Even though you did not dump please do not eat foods that got you to this point in the first place, its not worth it. Just because you ate one and nothing happened believe me the next time you may get sick and it is not fun... I was able to eat something one time and the next I was throwing it up 2 minutes after I ate = not fun :( Stick to the good healthy stuff :)
