In soooo much pain

I had surgery on Tuesday and have not had an opportunity to sleep because the pain is unbearable. When does the pain from the insisions fade? Pain is worst than I imagined

Keep up with pain meds. Keep hydrated. And walk through the pain. Make sure none of the incisions are red or oozing. I felt good on day 5. Every day will be better than the day before. You can do it, this part is the hardest. I'm 2 months post op and I've lost 57 lbs. Welcome to the losers bench. Good luck!

DOS 12/17/12 :)

I just had surgery yesterday and for the first 4 hours after surgery I was on morphing and was hurting so bad! The morphine wasn't doing anything even after she upped it.

So they called the surgeon and put me on something else and it's been like night and day! Ask for something different then what they have given you. I was so tense my back was starting to hurt and I couldn't sleep.

Hope you are feeling better soon!
