so upset

Well I had my doc appointment today ..last time was December 13th and i am sooo upset. I have only lost 12 pounds in exactly 2 months. This is frustrating as I am only 3 1/2 months post op!!!!

The only excuse they tell me is its because I wasn't that big to start with and I am not going to lose it like bigger people. I was 287 and 5'8. I have lost 72 pounds so far 11 of it week before surgery and 61 after. So I lost 49 the first month. Hopefully my body is just trying to catch up and heal. I am also retaining fluid so going to go back on my blood pressure pills with diuretic in it

1.Tape Measure

2.Clothes

3.Jewelry

4.Sticking to the WLS Rules

5.Photograph yourself

Given what u have lost so far to get to goal will happen by maintaining the Rules

U will get there keep up the good work :-)
