Hungry!

I'm trying so hard to eat as little as I can so I lose as much as possible before surgery. It's driving me insane being hungry all the time! I am eating, I have a Protein shake for Breakfast and eat lightly for lunch and dinner but surgery isn't until 2/27 and I don't know if I can make it.

I know realistically it isn't true, but I feel like I'm going to be hungry forever. UGHHHH

I know how you feel. As I was going through my six month doctor visits and having to lose 15 pounds, I felt like I would never stop eating! Now I am on my two week liquid diet to prepare for surgery. You get used to it by day three or four. Good luck.

Pookybear, my preop diet is the same as yours, but we can have two high protein snacks and sf jello or Popsicles. Whenever I feel hungry, I drink a bunch of water until I can get to my next meal. Logging in Lose It! I'm eating between 800-1000 per day. Hope that helps.

P.S. Am I hungry? No

Do I want to eat? Yes!

Gotta work on that head hunger!!!
