So excited to exercise

I am disabled and every since surgery my MS and fibromyalgia have been terrible, but this week things are finally starting to ease up and I got a gym membership. Cant wait to do.some aqua aerobics or at least some stretching. Im sure once I exercise the pounds will fall off faster.

    Check into gentle yoga. The ms foundation pays for it, but you need to find a studio that participates in the program.

    This is gentle yoga and is made for people with disabilities. Trust me you will not be in any weird positions. Most of it is done while sitting in a chair.

    My placr doesnt have it. They have a gentle zumba though
