What do you use for the chub rub?

You know, the chafing you get with the loose skin....

Right now I use Lavender Twist from Athena's, which works AWESOME, but my uncle is 4 years post op and he gets a prescription cream (BETAMETHASONE DIPROPIONATE CREAM 0.05%)

Anything else work?
