Dumping :-( *sighs*

Now that I am on puree foods, I am having trouble keeping stuff down. the things I can keep down are applesauce, yogurts, mashed potatoes (kinda getting tired of it, no matter what I put on them) tuna fish (sometimes, had a bad episode today) I have tried chicken and turkey and even baby foods....is there anyone else having a problem in this area? (eggs, Protein shakes, broth are a no go for me....) I want to make sure I am getting in my Proteins but it just seems like nothing is agreeing with my new pouch. I will be making an appt with my Doctor, but would love some advice from you guys thanks!

All I can say is at the 3-4 week mark for me I was the same way. I lived on yogurt, cheese, crackers (not on plan but they helped my stomach) and only Nectar Chocolate Truffle protein shake. Talk with your Dr. It will pass. It is very frustrating but it is the healing process.

Yes very frustrating :( I just made an appt....with my doctor, and I made a call to my surgeons office) I know the healing part is tough but I hear of other people and their success and having no issues (and I understand we are all different) but it seems all I have is complaints. I just can not wait until I reach the point of comfort. :)
