7wks post op..need advice

So.. I will be 7 wk Po on Wednesday and I am just curious as to how some of you are getting in the right amount of protein? I ended up going back to the protein shake(disgusting) today bc I'm worried my Weightloss is suffering from lack of protein being taken in. Any advice as to how to get enough in? Or drinks besides nasty Unjury??

Try Syntrax, I like the fuzzy navel flavor.

I'm no help. I'm 7 weeks tomorrow and I still do 2 Protein shakes a day. Hope someone can help. Did you try adding fruit to shakes and blend? I add strawberries and peaches with vanilla Protein powder. Not the 2 fruits together separate shakes one fruit. I'm down 34 lbs since surgery. How about you?

I have chocolate and unflavored left. I haven't actually tried anything in them though. I seem to be able to get it down better today than I had 4 weeks ago when that's all I could have lol. I am down 32lbs since surgery. I had been feeling great but this last week drug me down for some reason and I think it's the protein or lack there of.
