Pouch stretch possibility?

Very silly question. I'm a week post-op. can we stretch our pouch with clear liquids or protein??

  • My nut told me studies have shown patients that consistently eat a cup or more over 1-2 years can permanently stretch their pouch. It can happen, but it takes a lot of work. Good to know!!

I tried a little diet coke 5 months out it was horrible tasting!! And it was almost like a burning sensation in my pouch I could feel the carbonation!! Dont try it!
