March 4, 2013!

I received a call from my bariatric coordinator yesterday while in the gym and she informed me that March 4,2013 is my tentative surgery date!!! What do I need to do at this time? I am sooo nervous and happy at the same time! What did she mean by tentative... She told me that this is the earliest date that I can be scheduled... I asked her but I became so nervous when she called that I didnt want to ask too many questions... I have not received a letter from my insurance company yet.. Do I need to call them? Please for anyone that is past this stage please help me!! Thanks...

Get your Vitamins and Protein and sip Water all day long, I found that in the beginning water was hard to drink so I added sugar free koolaide. I'm now almost 5 months out ( 8/27) to be exact and the only food I have a problem with is chicken
