any recommendations for clear liquid protein?

I haven't done well with the protein shakes/powders, so my doctor is recommending a clear liquid protein. Any recommendations? Thanks!

Thanks! Any flavors to avoid?

I think they are a required taste. But its doable. I really like the unjury chicken soup you just add hot tap water.

I use the isopure premixed grape flavor and it's not too bad. :)

Oh- I tried Orange and I didn't really like it very much (maybe because I was so over orange e

Ugh! Cut me off! I was over orange jello at that point. Haha.

Egg whites. You can add them to water and you don't taste it. Don't go to the grocery store to get them you need to get them online or at a health food store.

I wish I could have eggs. I'm allergic!

I'm having the same Problem! Next step is to try Syntrax or Premier, my Nut and others say it' that's the go to when the others fail most people will enjoy these much better then the others, so my Nut said start eating egg whites & beans and started on ground Chicken/ Turkey ( chew well) for extra protein, also fruits soft ones like Bananas ( if your fork can go thro it easy it's doable, if it's to hard like an apple then No)
