Jamba Juice?

Is Jamba Juice okay to drink post surgery, on occasion?

I drink them. I have had mate 4 since surgery. They have a light version of all their smoothies now and they have whey and soy Protein. I still there and pick whatever mood I'm in that gives me the most protein. I get a small with 16 grams protein.
