Hi im new

My name is Samantha, I am a 22 year old hairdresser and I am getting gastric bypass surgery in less than 12 hours. I wanted to join this forum to get advice and support as I start my journey to a healthier lifestyle. Any advice would be great. What were your experiences like? What can I do to get started on the right foot?

Welcome and wishing you the very best tomorrow, The best thing you can do is while in the hospital as soon as they allow you walk walk walk, sip sip sip and rest rest rest. If you are in pain take the meds so it doesn't get too bad, Follow all the instructions you have been given, Please let us know as soon as you feel like it how you are doing, Again welcome and prayers for tomorrow,
