How long did it take you?

From the beginning of your weight loss journey with your first appt until you had your surgery?

I am also curious what stuff you had to do; sleep study, ekg, etc before hand.

No fruits are considered carbs so ypu have to measure thoss

Just try new recipes. You can always spice veggies up without ruining them.... I'm always looking for new simple and quick recipies... better work on it now so you wont have as hard a time after surgery ;)
