Keep busy and keep a log of exercise [i use a pedometer/Nike Fuel band] and fluid/caloric/protein intake [JMHO] - Treat it like it is most important job you have ever had. My mindset was that "I can't screw this up - or people will get hurt." Good Luck Teka

Today has proven to be hard but I think ill be ok..

Good luck... I did not have to do any diet before surguery... which I am totally lucky about that. Stick to your plan and you will do fine - GOOD luck :)
