Popcorn?

Is popcorn allowed? I've heard different things. I just had some but man it sure felt like I had a lot....I mean it was probably not but an ounce or so in weight but I'm sure more than 2 oz. in volume.

The healthy popcorn I eat once in a while

I justg recently had popcorn, its not my fav. but did have some at a movie, no butter. It was OK but scared me a bit because it did not go down right :(

My doc said no to popcorn unless you take the hard kurnel part off first.

Well it wouldnt be fun thubg to do thats why they say not to have it at all. Just like not having corn also.

Special K has popcorn chips. They are really good. Just get the regular not the kettle Korn since its added sugar. No kernels!!!

Ugh ! Popcorn sounds amazing ! At what point in the diet can you have crackers ??? Stuck on blended !

I've been eating water crackers chewed till there's nothing left. Only two mini's. II was really nauseated and they helped. I'm about 4 1/2 weeks out.
