Vitamin Water Zero

I have a new "best friend".... VITAMIN WATER ZERO (make sure you get the ZERO kind) - It has 100% Vit. C, 100% B5, B6, & B12, Vit. E & A, Zinc, Electrolytes, and Biotin (which helps to have healthy hair). I see it on sale a lot for $1.00 for a 20 oz. bottle. I've always drank a lot of water, and nothing else much, except a few diet drinks. But, I am one week post-op and I'm having trouble getting my fluids down, even water. 46 - 64 oz. a day seems like so much to me know. But, Vitamin Water Zero has so many flavors to choose from and I've enjoyed the ones I have tried (and I'm a picky drinker...no lemon in my tea - no aftertaste, etc.) Just thought I would pass along.

thanks sounds like it would do double duty with the vitamins and the fluids. I did get a lemon one the other day and it was a bit tart, I will have to try some other flavors
