Pre op fast

Today is day 2 of my 1 week fast. I took a laxative last night and it kicked in early this morning. I just have keep myself eating 3 year old left over food. Had V8 this morning and feeling ok. Not sure how I will do while at work tomorrow . Any food suggestions

didnt yoour doc give you a diet plan? mine said a protein shake for breakfast and lunch, then a small portion of lean meat and veg for dinner. he also said my shake must contain 30-40 g of protein and no more than 15 g of carbs. mine is 36 protein and 6 carbs. after the opperation i think the carbs go down even more so i just found a couplle now that have under 6. of course this is for my hight and weight and it is to lose the rest of my pre-opp weight requirement, i think i am on that untill 2 days prior to surgery....
