December 5, 201213 yr Author Surgery was successful. Surgeon said my stomach had a lot of trauma from th band and they had to remove some of my stomach. But he was able to do the bypass. I'm in some pain now but not tremendous. Lisa :-)

December 9, 201213 yr Author I am 4 days post op and doing well. I'm very sore where they removed my port but everywhere else is pretty good. Still waiting to get back down to my day of surgery weight. I gained 4lbs after surgery from swelling and fluids. Maybe tomorrow will be my lucky day? ! Lisa :-)<br />surgery date: Dec. 4th, 2012
