Sensitive Pouch

I'm 10 days out and my pouch is sensitive to everything but soy... All I can find is soy protein powder from gnc and silk milk... Does anyone else have this same problem and any ideas of what else I can have to eat???

I am not sure if I had this problem or not as I always drank and ate milk products then about 2 and half weeks after surgery I made a protein shake with same powder and milk I had day before and got dumping syndrome. so I now drink lactaid milk. a lot of people do become lactose intolerant after surgery

I can drink milk.....but I met someone in a ggroup that use to drinks milk and now she can't drink anything milk related after the surgery.....I AM sorry....I have the worst nausea ever....on everything....I AM 3 months out and still that nausea medicine everyday.....good luck

Dairy (post op) do not at all agree with my new digestive system. It causes severe flatulence as bloating. No more cheese for me. I am able to put a little bit of skim milk in coffee but that's it. From now on, I will have to use soy-based products and almond milk.
