Just In Case

Has anyone done a will or had a notarized letter done pre surgery? Not scared but a just in case.

Oh we'll I should check if mines does.

I think mine had a form I had to sign form him to be able to make decisions while I was incapacitated.

I never thought of that. It would had been a great idea. I would do it in 2 years since I plan on having 4 surgeries maybe all at once.
