I had this same issue. I would feel guilt no matter how less or how much I ate. I guess it was from all the stress of being on a 6 month supervised diet along with worrying about losing too much or not enough and getting denied by either surgeon or insurance. it does go away. we have to eat for fuel we are only human and we were made to eat!! we just have to watch what we eat and how much.

I know but it's crazy cause I feel full all the time n I eat only cause I have to not cause am hungry n sometime I don't know wat to eat or wat should I eat or when it's crazy. N then this guilt all the time

My NUT said I was obsessing to much on the food part. and she was right so I stood back and said I am going to do this my way. its my body and my health so I stopped stressing about it so much and it does get easier.

I understand. when did you have surgery?

I. Am going to try to start something new to focus on. I want to do a mud run after surgery. I'm hoping that will keep food craving and guilt away. It's gotta be hard. Hang in there.
