Does Anbody Else Get Canker Sores?

I've got this REALLY bad canker sore on my bottom lip on my top lip and on the outside lip. Now I'm familiar with cold sores and I'm CERTAIN this is not a cold sore!!!! I've been reading online that b12 6 2 & 3 deficiencies and also immune deficiencies play apart..is anybody else experiencing this too? I've had two this is my second one and it seem like this is the worse I've ever seen..I also have swollen gums and a sore throat and swollen lymph nodes..does anyone have any advice or have this happen to you? Plz I'm in soooooo much pain!!!! :'(
