My NUT said spices and sauces won't bother you but taste buds change so that was only thought on that from her. I strained some hot and sour soup and mixed with a bit of beef broth and loved loved lov

I put hot sauce on everything and have not had problems! After being on the liquid diet where everything seems so sweet, I was craving savory stuff, especially spicy stuff. My nut had told me it was ok to use it.

I've had some on my chicken and I did fine, but take it slow.

I have a hot sauce I use on pork chops and I eat spicy pepper jack cheese and I've never had a problem
