Do you just eat them as is or do you add some sort of sauce like mayo? How many oz in a can? Can you eat the whole thing in one sitting?

I east them as is. They are already seasoned, no mayo involved. Its 2.5/3oz can't remember. And I usually try to easy the whole thing. Sometimes I have one for lunch and one for dinner.
