Smoothie Question....

So I love the frappe things and I have tried to make one twice using the isopure chocolate and every time it turns out very foamy and frothy rather then milkshake type. Any idea why? Anyone have a fix to this.

    I haven't had surgery yet, but on my liquid diet, I have mixed a container of light yogurt with protein powder, a cup of water and ice. It doesn't get too frothy.
