Wow! What an inspiration! I need to lose 200 pounds total as well. I don't often find people who need to lose that amount or have lost it. Thank you for being real and honest about what it took you to lose it. It gives me the motivation to get in gear and add more exercise to my day. I need to stop making excuses and start sacrificing to get the results I want! Thank you! :D
