Do People Treat You Differently?

Have this crazy daydream that my ex husband starts treating me nicer and although I'm aware of the change, and why he's nicer, but nevertheless I enjoy being treated with respect.

Any truth??

  • Ex's? Probably not. Everyone else? Most will.

  • yes everyone is nicer when you are smaller. I dont know why... maybe because we seem happier???

  • Sadly, I suspect it's prejudice. Obese people are often second class citizens.

I couldn't agree more! I am still a big girl by no means thin yet and it's amazing how different I am treated. The world of no double chin is definitely something different. I hate it really. I work in a big company and I became so used to hiding out and not being noticed but now a days it's crazy how much people notice, the compliments, the friendly gestures.
