A Week And A Day

I am having surgery on Nov 6th. I am so very nervous. I am confident in my choice to have the surgery. However, I am unsure of how difficult things will be after. I'm sort of a worst case scenerio type girl, if you couldn't tell. My support system here at home is good, but I guess I am just looking for someone to tell me it's going to be ok. Especially, those who have or are going through the same situation.

I went thru surgery and recovery extremely easy, I was back to work in one week and have had no major problems what so ever. I did as my doctor told me, I followed all eating plans and instructions. At first i was not chewing my food well enough when I was first able to eat regular food so I would get sick... I learned real quick to chew, chew, chew chew and chew some more. My adivse is to follow you doctors instructions, keep yourself hydrated which is extremely important, drink your protein and take your vitimans and you will be fine. If something does not feel right you must call your doctor.

Had my surgery yesterday. I've done fairly well except for gas pains and no sleep.
